to assist in the process of preparing the property for
letting in a variety of ways, including the arranging
and supervising of redecoration and repairs, carpeting,
curtaining and furnishings. Our relationship with local
suppliers and tradespeople ensures competitive pricing
and quality workmanship. Our fees for arranging and supervising
refurbishment works are a minimum of 10% of the total
expenditure.
